S.O.U.L.S. Study Group

The Shrine of Universal Living Spirit Study Group is a local group that meets every Tuesday and Sunday in Kirbyville, Texas… a small town in Southeast Texas near the Louisiana border.

We refer to our group as a spirituality study group since our focus is strong in that area. We believe it is hugely important for each individual to find the path that is right for them and we respect all paths equally.

We study many cultures, beliefs and practices… especially Wicca, Paganism, Native American, Zen Buddhism.

The emphasis here is on developing a strong, personal relationship with Spirit and learning how to live an empowered, harmonious and balanced life on all levels of being - personally, spiritually, magically.

We encourage the development of the innate and divine gifts and abilities that we believe each human being is blessed with. We encourage recognition and reverence to the Spirit of all beings and all things. We encourage learning how to work with natural energies in an ethical and responsible manner.

Many subjects are explored during our discussions and in addition to our weekly lessons we have book discussions as well as workshops planned on such topics as meditation, candle making, candle magic, divination - including scrying, runes, pendulums, tarot, numerology, and healing, herbs, crystals and gemstones, and much more.
